Can I receive my front foot benefit invoices electronically?

Front foot benefit invoices are governed by a legal document known as the Declaration of Deferred Water and Sewer Charge recorded in local county land records as well as state and county statutes. Both the Declaration and statutes impose requirements on front foot benefit invoices to include certain information and on how these invoices are distributed.

At the moment, BMS Management Group sends all front foot benefit invoices by mail each year approximately 30-45 calendar days before your assessment is due.
