If you are a Title Company looking for a certified front foot benefit balance on behalf of your homeowner for closing, please complete the form below and we will contact you within several business days. A $50 statement account fee may apply.
If you have a form that needs to be completed as part of this request, please either send it to support@bmsmg.com with the Subject "FFBC Balance Request" or fax it to 301-570-4133.
AFTER SETTLEMENT, please send us a copy of the HUD1 so the transfer of ownership can be recorded. The HUD1 and/or any other related form can be sent to us either by fax or e-mail:

Lien Information
If a Front Foot Benefit lien has been filed on a home, a payoff quote and the release must be obtained from the law offices of the attorney who filed the lien. Their letterhead will have the phone number and mailing address. Please contact the attorney's office for all information related to the lien and the release.
